What should I do to prepare before my Head Spa or Scalp Treatment?
To help you have the most comfortable and relaxing experience, we recommend the following before your appointment:
• Please avoid wearing jewelry, especially earrings and necklaces, as these may interfere with the treatment.• You do not need to wash your hair beforehand. Hair washing and water therapy are part of the Head Spa experience.• We provide a robe and changing process before your session. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your appointment for ease and comfort.• If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform our staff before the service begins so we can adjust your experience accordingly.

How can I book a service?
Booking is simple and can be done through our website. Just go to the Booking section, select your service, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. For more than 1 person group reservation please contact our store directly at 315-356-6715.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Will my hair be styled after the Head Spa?
We provide basic drying only. Styling services are not included.This allows us to focus fully on relaxation and scalp care.
What should I do after my Head Spa session?
After your session, we recommend: • Drinking water • Taking time to rest • Avoiding rushing or intense activity immediately afterward
This helps extend the feeling of relaxation.
Is Head Spa a medical or therapeutic treatment?
No. Head Spa is a wellness and relaxation service, not a medical treatment.It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or scalp conditions.
If you have a medical scalp condition, we recommend consulting a licensed healthcare professional
Is Head Spa suitable for everyone?
Head Spa is suitable for most guests.However, please let us know in advance if you have: • Very sensitive scalp • Recent scalp procedures or open wounds • Severe skin irritation

Will Head Spa help with hair loss or scalp conditions?
Head Spa is designed to support relaxation and scalp comfort.While some guests feel their scalp is refreshed and lighter after treatment, results vary by individual.
We do not make medical or guaranteed claims regarding hair growth or scalp conditions.
Is soreness or bruising normal after a deep tissue massage?
Yes. Temporary soreness is a common response for some individuals, especially within the first 24–48 hours after treatment.Each body responds differently, and soreness typically fades naturally with rest and hydration. Mild bruising can occur for some individuals, particularly in areas with tight muscles or sensitive capillaries.This is considered a possible and temporary body response and usually resolves within a few days.
Please let your therapist know if you bruise easily or prefer lighter pressure.
Why do cupping marks vary in color?
Cupping marks may appear light pink, red, dark red, or purple depending on individual circulation, muscle condition, and skin sensitivity.The color does not indicate toxins, illness, or severity.
Marks are temporary and typically fade within several days to about one week.
Who should avoid Thai massage?
Please inform us before your session if you have: • Recent surgery or injury • Severe joint or spinal conditions • Limited mobility • Pregnancy
Your therapist may recommend a different service if Thai massage is not appropriate.
Are there legal or safety requirements for prenatal massage in Massachusetts?
Yes. In accordance with Massachusetts regulations and professional standards: • Prenatal massage is only performed by therapists trained in prenatal techniques • Guests must inform us that they are pregnant before booking • We may ask how far along you are in your pregnancy to ensure proper positioning and safety
Prenatal massage is not recommended during the first trimester unless approved by a healthcare provider.
What areas are typically focused on during prenatal massage?
Common focus areas include: • Lower back and hips • Legs and feet • Neck and shoulders
All positioning and techniques are adjusted for safety and comfort.
What should I do after my massage?
